Le Braisé – The Must-Have Caterer

Here’s the full mechoui menu we offer. All items can be adjusted to your tastes, and you can download the complete menu. The mechoui is served buffet-style, with chefs cooking on-site in an artisanal oven over maple charcoal. Cooking takes about 4 hours, after which chefs carve the meat and serve it behind the buffet. sur place et la viande est cuite dans un four artisanal sur du charbon de bois d’érable. Here is what’s Included in the Complete Mechoui

Two (2) Meats

  • Pork – Quebec pork loin, tender and juicy, lightly spiced with Whisky & Maple for the perfect balance of sweetness and flavor.
  • Beef – Canadian AAA Angus striploin, slow-cooked over maple charcoal for an authentic taste that will delight the most demanding beef lovers.
  • Extra Meat – Want to spoil your guests? Add a 3rd meat option:
  • Whole Chicken, roasted on-site and golden with our legendary BBQ spices! $5.50 / person
  • Lamb – A mechoui classic! Our lamb legs are carefully cooked and generously coated with our roasted garlic and thyme spice mix. $8 / person.

Vegetarian Menu – No extra charge. Enjoy a marinated tofu skewer, tender and flavorful, served with crisp grilled vegetables and our house-made BBQ sauce (100% vegan).

For those preferring fish, a salmon fillet, delicately seasoned with roasted garlic and lemon, grilled to perfection in foil over charcoal.

Four (4) Salads

Our salads are prepared on-site for maximum freshness.

  • Chef’s Salad – Mesclun greens, red onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sesame croutons, with our house balsamic dressing.
  • Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, real bacon, garlic croutons, parmesan shavings, lemon wedge, and our Caesar dressing (contains anchovies).
  • Creamy Coleslaw – Green and red cabbage, julienned tri-color carrots, creamy dressing, green onions.
  • Pesto Pasta Salad – Tri-color fusilli, nut-free pesto, roasted garlic, cherry and sun-dried tomatoes, olives, arugula, celery.

For $2 extra, you can swap one salad for our Greek Salad or Tomato & Bocconcini Salad.

For $2 extra per person, enjoy our signature duck-fat roasted baby potatoes with green onions.
