Le Braisé – The Must-Have Caterer

Here’s the full BBQ menu we offer. All items can be customized to your preferences, and the complete menu is available for download. The BBQ menu is served buffet-style, with our chefs cooking on-site. The meats are cooked in an artisanal oven over maple charcoal for an authentic flavour.

What’s Included in the Full BBQ Menu

Two (2) Meats

  • BBQ chicken or shrimp skewers
  • 100% beef burger on a brioche bun
  • Québec sausage tasting
  • Salmon fillet, delicately seasoned with roasted garlic and lemon spices ($2 supplement)
  • 6 oz beef flank steak ($5 supplement / person)
  • Pulled pork burger

Add a 3rd meat option for a royal feast: $8 / person

Vegetarian Menu – At no extra cost, enjoy a marinated tofu skewer, tender and flavourful, served with crisp grilled vegetables and topped with our house-made BBQ sauce (100% vegan).

For fish lovers, a salmon fillet delicately seasoned with roasted garlic and lemon spices, grilled to perfection in foil over charcoal.

Sides

Mini ciabatta bread, baked potatoes or basmati rice with vegetables and our grilled vegetables over a wood fire: zucchini, red onion, mushroom, sweet pepper.
Butter, salt, and pepper are available to season your dishes as you wish.
* For a small additional charge of $2.00 per person, treat yourself to our signature baby potatoes, cooked in duck fat with green onions.

Two (2) Salads

Our salads are prepared on-site for maximum freshness. (Choose from the options below)

  • Chef’s Salad – Mesclun greens, red onions, cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, sesame croutons, with our house balsamic dressing.
  • Caesar Salad – Romaine lettuce, real bacon, garlic croutons, parmesan shavings, lemon wedge, and our Caesar dressing (contains anchovies).
  • Creamy Coleslaw – Green and red cabbage, julienned tri-color carrots, creamy dressing, green onions.
  • Pesto Pasta Salad – Tri-color fusilli, nut-free pesto, roasted garlic, cherry and sun-dried tomatoes, olives, arugula, celery.

For a $2.00 supplement, replace one salad with our Greek salad or tomato & bocconcini salad.
